Bringing Sales In-House: The brand opened a new Vendor account and transitioned sales in-house after relying on a 3PL to manage Amazon sales for years, creating challenges in maintaining sales momentum during the shift.
Advertising Strategy: With a limited selection of retail items, the PPC strategy had to be meticulously planned, ensuring that Cost-Per-Click (CPC) was controlled while still maximizing visibility and conversions.
Brand Content: Brand Stories were not utilized, and A+ Content was lacking, which prevented the brand from fully showcasing its value proposition and connecting with customers on a deeper level.
